With this LLC, I use the programming tools I am developing elsewhere to develop bug-free code.  Of course, missing features are not considered bugs for this definition.

On a day by day basis, I plan to make this  more and more explicit, as my programming tools are instantiated, and I find out, then, what constraints they have.
